Zhejiang Aiye Expands High-End Woven Filter Cloth Capacity with 38 Belgian Picanol Looms

Zhejiang Aiye Filtering Cloth Co., Ltd. has recently announced the completion of a new round of production capacity upgrades. Currently, 38 Belgian Picanol looms, along with 24 non-woven production lines and complete post-treatment equipment, are fully operational in the factory. Following this upgrade, the company's monthly capacity for woven filter cloth has reached 400,000 m², with an annual capacity exceeding 4.8 million m², and an annual capacity of 1.98 million dust filter bags. Picanol looms offer significant advantages in warp and weft density control, fabric surface flatness, and batch-to-batch consistency. Combined with Aiye's comprehensive post-treatment processes—including weaving, needle punching, heat setting, singeing, calendering, and acid/alkali resistant impregnation—the company can provide stable and high-precision industrial filter cloth products for global mining, chemical, and metallurgical customers. Aiye Successfully Delivers Custom PP Filter Cloth Order to Indonesian Mining Client, Securing Repeat Orders

Zhejiang Aiye Filtering Cloth Co., Ltd. has recently completed a customized PP (Polypropylene) filter cloth order for the Indonesian mining market. Addressing the client's challenges with fluctuating pH levels in the slurry and strict requirements for filter cake moisture, Aiye's technical team selected PP filter material with excellent acid and alkali resistance and customized the width and cutting sizes according to their filter press equipment. From working condition communication, solution design, and sample testing to mass production and customized export packaging, Aiye completed sample approval within 12 days and delivered the bulk order on schedule.
